COVID-19 ORGANISER AND GUEST COMMITMENT

The team at Cyber News Group are committed to keeping all attendees safe throughout the conference and we are continuously monitoring guidance set out by health organisations and government.

Working with Old Trafford and our conference supply team we are taking several measures for the comfort of our guests:

• NHS Track and Trace QR scanner on the door | we encourage you to check-in on arrival.

• Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance and key points throughout the venue.

• Signage will be in place throughout the venue to providing clear guidance to guests of the systems and measures in place.

• Where possible doors will be propped open and manned to minimize touch points for guests.

• There is increased venue circulation throughout the venue as advised by PHE.

• The venue and event spaces will be deep cleaned before the event and dedicated cleaning staff will be in attendance throughout the event paying particular attention to regular touch points.

• Venue and catering staff will be wearing PPE face where necessary.

• Whilst we are working to government guidelines we ask that attendees bring a mask with them and wear it whilst moving around the venue.

• In light of a positive case during or following the event, attendees should be aware that contact details may be shared with NHS Track and Trace.

• Wristbands will be available at registration for all attendees to indicate whether they are comfortable with contact or not. By assessing your own risk in advance and choosing to attend the Future of Cyber Security conference we expect attendees to adhere to the following:

• Perform a rapid lateral flow test on the day of the conference before arriving at the venue.

• Use hand sanitiser on arrival. • Agree NOT to attend if you receive a positive Covid-19 test.

• Agree NOT to attend if you are feeling unwell, including a high temperature, new continuous cough and a loss of, or change to your sense of taste or smell.

• Agree NOT to attend if you are required to isolate following a visit to a country where quarantine is required upon return.

• Agree NOT To attend if you have been told to self-isolate by government test and trace.

• Agree to leave immediately should you develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event. • Be respectful of those around you at all times

By assessing your own risk in advance and choosing to attend the Future of Cyber Security conference we expect attendees to adhere to the following:

To take a lateral flow test before attending the event with a negative result. The Cyber team reserve the right to request proof of the negative test result if required.
We expect people to abide by the latest government rules and reserve the right to request proof of a negative lateral flow test/vaccination status if requested.
Agree NOT to attend if you receive a positive Covid-19 test.
Agree NOT to attend if you are feeling unwell, including a high temperature, new continuous cough and a loss of, or change to your sense of taste or smell.
